Our Customer Care team are an energetic and friendly bunch, all working hard to ensure that every single customer truly understands how much we value their custom. We’re looking to expand our team to ensure our customers from across the globe can continue to receive the very best service from us.

Our customers are the people who drive our business forward and fuel all future success, therefore their happiness is at the heart of everything we do. Building relationships with our customers is vital and whether you’re reviewing orders, arranging shipments or advising on different products, you’ll be the voice of our brand and the customer’s main point of contact.


Your responsibilities as a Customer Care Advisor will include, but aren’t limited to:

You will be responding to queries about all of our sports equipment, including our football goal range which is the fastest selling in the UK.

We pride ourselves on offering customers the fastest possible response times across whichever route they wish to contact us, therefore you’ll delivering a fantastic experience on the phone, via email, through live chat and over social media. 

You will make sure all customers’ needs are met, providing helpful advice and support, going the extra mile to ensure that the customer leaves happy to recommend and return.

You will work alongside your colleagues to spot and monitor trends in queries, continuously suggesting ways to improve our service and ensure that the best experience is given to all customers.

There will also be a range of administrative duties, including courier shipment preparation and processing.


What you’ll need to show us:

You must be passionate about customer experience and making people happy.

You’re ever professional but have the charisma, energy and interest to establish a rapport with customers, building long-term relationships.

Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent and you’ve got the highest attention to detail.

You’ve got the confidence to make real time decisions, think on the spot and initiate action.

You’ll have an enthusiastic, positive attitude, and you’ll thrive on a challenge.

You’ll be able to work independently and as part of a team.

You’ll be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.

Additional details:

Salary: Competitive – you’ll see an increase once you’ve passed probation

Hours: 10.00pm – 6.30am, Monday – Friday


Training will be conducted across our normal shift patterns:

06.00am – 2.30pm

09.00am - 5.30pm

3.30pm – 12.00am


Night shifts will start once probation has been passed.
